Now Davis supports the Paul Ryan plan to end the Medicare guarantee give seniors vouchers, force them to negotiate with insurance companies, cost them sixty four hundred more a year to fund tax cuts for millionaires. The plan even lets insurance companies deny coverage due to pre-existing conditions.
