Fort Bend Democratic Party Opens Headquarters Democrats to Kick-off VICTORY 2012 Coordinated Campaign MISSOURI CITY, TX. The Fort Bend County Democratic Party will kick off its VICTORY 2012 coordinated campaign on Saturday, August 18, 2012 with the opening of their County Headquarters.  The opening will feature live music, food and remarks from local candidates and elected officials.  Guests will also learn how they can get involved in campaign activities like phone banking and blockwalking.

The Fort Bend County Democratic Party monthly Executive Committee will meet Monday May 21st 6:30 - 8:30 pm at the University Branch Library located on the UH System Sugar Land Campus on University Boulevard at Highway 59. Address: 14010 University Blvd., Sugar Land, Texas 77479-4295.

It was with mixed emotions that I announced at yesterday’s Democratic Party meeting my intention to suspend my role as Chairman of the Fort Bend County Democratic Party to focus on my campaign for mayor of Missouri City this Spring. As a Democratic Party, we have accomplished much. I fully expect that momentum to continue forward over the next couple of weeks.

Houston City Council Member Jolanda Jones made an appearance at the Fort Bend County Democratic Party Grand Opening party, and presented County Chair Steve Brown with a certificate congratulating him on this not so insignificant accomplishment.
