Bruce Fleming is the Republican nominee for County Commissioner, Precinct 1, in Fort Bend County. Juanita over at The World's Most Dangerous Beauty Salon has been moonlighting as a gumshoe and has discovered:

"In 2006, 2008, and 2010, Bruce voted in person in Fort Bend County and by mail in Pennsylvania in the same general elections. According to his financial disclosure forms, Bruce Fleming also owns a house in Pennsylvania. (He homesteaded a house in Texas and a house in Pennsylvania, but that illegality is a whole ‘nother story.) Bruce felt that owning houses in both states gave him the right to vote in the same elections in both states. That’s a third degree felony in Texas."

The Fort Bend County Democratic Party will hold a press conference detailing significant voter fraud by a Fort Bend County Republican Party official, candidate and Tea Party activist.

“We have credible evidence that Fort Bend Republicans have supported and celebrated a member in their ranks who has participated in serial voter fraud since 2006,” stated Fort Bend County Democratic Party Chairman Steve Brown.  “The Party of voter integrity couldn’t sniff out fraud when it was under their nose.”

Karen Pearson, a Fort Bend County Republican political consultant states the case why Fort Bend county should not have two brothers in elected law enforcement positions. While not endorsing Michael Elliott, Troy Nehls' opponent directly, she surely states the case for Ellison nicely.
