The big pink bus rolled in to Des Moines, Iowa on Day 6 of the Women are Watching Bus Tour. In front of the State Capitol, Iowa voters heard from youth advocates, medical providers, Planned Parenthood Voters of Iowa, and Congressman Leonard Boswell on the importance of women's access to health care in the Hawkeye State.
