Texas Early Voting for the 2012 General Election Ends November 2, 2012

If we are going to change policies and pass laws to help our families and our children, we need you and our community supporting President Obama and the Democrats. If you are eligible to vote, you should vote. But you should also help your neighbors and family and friends who are eligible to vote to come out and vote Democrat.

Si vamos a cambiar la política actual y aprobar leyes que ayuden a nuestras familias y a nuestros hijos, te necesitamos a ti y a nuestra comunidad apoyando al Presidente Obama y a los Democratas. Si eres elegible a votar, deberías votar. Pero también deberías ayudar a tus vecinos, familiares y amigos que sean elegibles a votar para que salgan el dia de las elecciones y voten por los demócratas.

Necesitamos ganar 25 escaños en el congreso para retomar el control de la Cámara de Representantes y hacer del Congreso un mejor lugar. El camino para obtener la Mayoría demócrata y mejores leyes para las familias de nuestro país corre a través de California, corre a través de nuestras comunidades latinas y pasa por el mismo medio de tu vecindario.

We will have three lawyers representing the official Obama Voter Protection Team stationed at our Headquarters on election day.

If you encounter any problems voting on election day, please call the Fort Bend Democrats HQ at (832) 683-3340 or the head of our Voter Protection Team, Attorney Kyle Longhofer, at (713) 416-1119 and he will answer any questions you have about voting. 

We are anxious to help you with any and all problems you encounter voting.   We will make them play by the rules!

• There is a FALSE rumor going around by e-mail telling people that if they vote Straight Democratic Party, they must also cast a vote specifically for Barack Obama in order to have an Obama vote registered. THIS IS FALSE INFORMATION. The truth is that if you cast a Straight Democratic Party vote, you will be voting for Barack Obama and your Straight Democratic vote will count as a vote for Obama. But if you then go down select Obama, you may actually be cancelling your Obama vote.
