Vice President Joe Biden gave a speech at the Grand River Convention Center in Dubuque, Iowa today. He was continuing his Strengthening the Middle Class Tour by highlighting President Obama's ongoing efforts to increase middle-class security for Iowa's families. He contrasted these efforts with Mitt Romney's history of shipping American jobs overseas.
