With Mitt Romney attending a fundraiser at the members only Petroleum Club tonight in Midland, TX, he's proving once and for all he's in the tank for Big Oil. Mitt Romney wants to repeal laws that crack down on oil speculators who drive up gas prices at your local pump and would cut investments in clean and renewable energy sources to pay for massive tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires.

President Obama's all-of-the-above energy strategy is making America more energy independent by reducing our dependence on foreign oil and investing in renewable energy. President Obama's policies have benefited small businesses like Heron Wind Manufacturing.

A partial transcript of video from Late Night with David Letterman. Brian Williams and David Letterman are discussing President Obama and the raid that took-out Usama bin Laden:

Letterman: “The day after the 9/11 attacks, the number 1 priority in America, if not the world, was, ‘We gotta get bin Laden, we gotta get bin Laden.’”

Williams: “Yeah”

Letterman: “So, uh, eight years go by, we still haven’t got bin Laden. Uh, George W. Bush at one point said, well, he doesn’t really think too much about bin Laden. In the interim we invaded Afghanistan, then we invaded Iraq because Cheney wanted to help out his buddies at Brown & Root and, uh, Halliburton,”

He's the two hundred million dollar man, and Big Oil's fingerprints are all over him.

Big Oil has pledged $200 million to help Mitt Romney, and Romney's pledged to protect their profits and billions in special tax breaks.
