     THE PRESIDENT:  Oh, it is good to be back in Tampa, Florida! (Applause.)  I was so fired up I missed a stair.  (Laughter.)  I couldn't wait to get out here.  (Applause.)  Well, how is everybody doing today?  (Applause.)
