Congressman Duffy said he'd bring the axe. And did he ever. Trying to gut Medicare. Undermining Medicare warned the nonpartisan AARP. Essentially ending it. And increasing costs over six thousand a year. But Duffy's pay? He voted to protect it. And give Congress taxpayer-funded health care - for life. Congressman Duffy just doesn't get it.

President Obama shares how people with disabilities have help shaped America to be a more accessible, inclusive and stronger country. Together we're making sure more Americans have access to quality, affordable health care and education opportunities.

There are now more investments in educational opportunities through the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act which helps young adults with disabilities get the education and training they need to succeed.

Harold Pollack teaches health policy and public health. When his mother-in-law died suddenly eight years ago, he and his wife became responsible for his brother-in-law Vincent, who is developmentally disabled. Without help from Medicaid and Medicare they wouldn't have been able to save for their daughters' college or prepare for their future.

Voiceover: "But this is what the budget plan Mitt Romney supports actually does. More huge tax breaks skewed to the wealthy. While cutting nearly eight hundred billion from Medicaid even though middle-class families rely on Medicaid to help loved ones cover nursing-home care. And it helps parents support children with disabilities. If Mitt Romney really 'cares' wouldn't we see it in his priorities?"

Chris Gibson put his party first when he voted to end the Medicare guarantee. Gibson would make seniors pay thousands more, while millionaires get more tax breaks.

Mitt Romney says people without insurance should get treatment at the ER. Romney knows ER treatment is expensive and inefficient. So why does he say it's a solution now? Mitt Romney's health care plan: higher health care costs, more uninsured people and bad for the economy.

When he praised the plan to end traditional Medicare... ...Jason Plummer said the benefits are "pretty obvious." You see, even though it makes seniors negotiate with insurance companies for coverage ... and pay sixty-four hundred dollars more every year ...it gives a massive new tax break to millionaires like Plummer.

Nasty insurance surprises might be a thing of the past!  As of today, The Affordable Care Act requires insurers to provide new forms that make deciphering and comparing insurance policies less of a headache.
